RETURN & REFUND POLICY – FAA Fragrance
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered, opened, or used. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure product authenticity and hygiene.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions, subject to verification:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- A clear unboxing video is provided, showing the product in its original, sealed packaging
- Any discrepancy (missing/incorrect item) is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Leakage or transit damage is reported within 24–36 hours
FAA Fragrance reserves the right to approve or decline claims based on the evidence provided.
PRODUCT SENSITIVITY DISCLAIMER
Our fragrances are formulated using a blend of aromatic ingredients. Individual sensitivities may vary, and FAA Fragrance shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions. Customers are advised to perform a patch test prior to regular use.
NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
If an order is marked as Delivered but has not been received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery status update. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.
REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account
- If the refund is not received within 15 business days of approval, customers are advised to contact our support team
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount offers
- Gift card purchases
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
BEFORE DISPATCH
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. For prepaid orders, a 2% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted.
AFTER DISPATCH
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be permitted. In case of prepaid orders returned to us, a ₹75 handling fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
- Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed within 4–5 business days
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout
- In case of any delays beyond the stated timeline, customers are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS AT DELIVERY
If the outer packaging appears tampered with or visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend refusing the shipment and notifying us immediately.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the classification of perfumes as Dangerous Goods (DG), returns are not accepted for international shipments once dispatched. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & FAILED DELIVERIES (INTERNATIONAL)
- Applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- If a shipment is refused or remains unaccepted, original shipping charges and any return costs will be deducted from the refund, where applicable
